Delivery Information

All orders are dispatched from the UK within 3–5 working days of receiving payment.

• Books are sent by Royal Mail Second Class within the UK, or International Standard for overseas orders.
• Delivery times vary by destination – please allow 7–10 working days for UK deliveries and up to 21 working days for international orders.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation when your book has been shipped.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please contact us through the contact form and I’ll look into it right away.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery through the contact form and we’ll look into it right away.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Books must be unread, unused, and in their original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or in error.
• Once received, refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

By purchasing directly from this website, you agree to the following:

1. Payment: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. No card details are stored on this site.
2. Pricing: Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change without prior notice.
3. Dispatch: Orders are usually processed within 3–5 working days of payment.
4. Delivery: I am not liable for postal delays once items have been dispatched, but I will assist with lost or damaged parcels.
5. Returns: Please refer to the Returns Policy above.
6. Privacy: Your personal details (name, email, and delivery address) are used only to fulfil your order. They are not shared with or sold to any third party except where necessary to process your order or comply with the law.
